Thrive Communities Foundation was established to help build the conditions that let communities thrive — safe housing, fair economic opportunity, and access to education.
Who We Are

Thrive Communities Foundation is a newly established nonprofit organization based in Kansas City, Missouri. We were founded on a simple belief: communities flourish when families have stable housing, when work pays a living wage, when entrepreneurs can access capital, and when young people get a real chance to learn.
We are at the beginning of our journey. Rather than claim accomplishments we have not yet earned, we are focused on building the right foundations — strong program designs, honest measurement, and genuine partnerships with the residents and organizations we hope to serve, in the United States and abroad.

We aim to expand access to safe, quality, affordable homes and to help families at risk of losing their housing stay stably housed.
Economic Opportunity & Entrepreneurship
We seek to open doors for neighborhood entrepreneurs and workers through access to capital, coaching, and practical business support.
Education & Workforce Development
Our mission includes helping young people succeed in school and helping adults build skills, credentials, and financial confidence.
Community Empowerment & Global Partnerships
We are building relationships with community organizations in the United States and abroad, with local leadership guiding every effort.
